This article explores the connotations of resources and their allocation by means of systemic dialectics. And points out that under market economy, in the process of systematic movement from resources to their allocation, we should have a systematic and integral thinking of all the factors of the allocation to achieve an optimum combination of these factors, make a proper and dialectical use of the modes of market allocation and planned allocation, should standardize the optimum operation of resources allocation in terms of logical connection, combination of macro - factor and micro - factor and the mechanism of market economy, so as to attain the goal of optimum allocation of resources.
