摘要
本文分析了小型电机损坏的主要原因,研究开发小型三相电机保护器,采用三相电中缺任意一相时,产生的电压、电流偏移量作为控制信号,使小型电动(1.5KW以下)直接保护控制,同时采用过载及定于线圈过温检测电路以,达到升温过高时,切断电源,保护电动机.
This paper analysed the main reason for the breakdown of smallscale moter A Research has been carried out and opened up a small-scale moter safeguard. It has adopted the voltage made when any phase of the three electric lacking,and current deviate figure as control signal. It can directly protect and control small-scale moter(below 1. 5KW) Mean while it has apdopted overload and stator winding overtemprature circuit, which will cut off power supply to protect moter, when the moter over temperates.
