The reform of physical education at school constantly varies and develops with the progress of time and society while it is just the new course standard which has opened up a new way to fulfill the aim of physical education at school.During the progress of its fulfilment and formation of a teaching system, it has also exposed imperfection of its theory which needs further exploration
