显微外科治疗以三叉神经痛为表现的桥小脑角区病变

Microsurgery treatment of lesion in the region of CPA with clinical manifestation of trigminal neuralgia

报告了采用显微外科技术,治疗以三叉神经痛为主要临床表现的小脑桥脑角区(CPA)病变33例。手术结果表明:引起三叉神经痛,除血管受压因素外,CPA区肿瘤、蛛网膜粘连等也是导致三叉神经痛的常见病因,应予以重视。本文还提出了不同的手术方式及降低手术死亡率的经验。

33cases with lesion in the region of CPA mainly manifesting trigeminal neuralgia were treated with microsurgical technique. It was indicated that apart from vascular compressing,the tumor in the region of CPA and arachnoidal adhesion were also common causes of trigeminal neuralgia,which should be valued. This paper also suggested the choice of operative approach and the experinence in reducing operative mortality.
