摘要
以不同品种的香石竹(Dianthus caryophyllus L.)为材料,研究温度对其组织培养及试管苗玻璃化的影响。试验结果表明适当降低培养温度(15℃),可以有效地降低玻璃苗的比例,提高苗的健壮程度及移栽成活率.但温度对香石竹愈伤再分化及生根,没有明显的作用.
Different cultivars of carnation ( Dianthus caryophyllus L. ) were used to study the effect of temperature on tissue culture and vitrification of carnation in vitro. The result indicated that temperature is an important environmental factor in carnation tissue culture. Under relatively low culture temperature (15℃), the frequency of vitrification decreased obviously, the plantlet is more healthy, and ' more suitable after being transferred to soil. However, temperature did not influence callus differentiation and plantlet rooting of carnation in vitro.
