摘要
体育运动有益于身体健康已众所周知,但体育对体质健康的报导多局限于身体或生物学方面的变化,而体育锻炼对心理健康方面的效益研究较少。体质不仅包括体格强壮,还包括心理健康,体育活动的心理效益和身体效益同样重要。因此,从全民健身角度出发,对心理健康进行研究,探讨体育锻炼对人体的心理影响具有重要意义。
Physical training, as we know clearly is beneficial to health. People have made more studies of the health in body but less in psychology. It is evident that physical constitution does not only mean strong in body bot also healthy in psychology. Therefore, psychological benefit from physical training is as important as physical benefit. This article is to study people's health in psychology and find out the influence of physical training upon people's psychology.
