摘要
蝎圣宝酒在受试剂量下,对所用Ames测试菌株TA97a、TA98、TA100和TA102无诱变活性,也未见对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体具有断裂作用,而对50mg/kg的环磷酰胺(CP)诱发的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核,在4.5~18.0g/kg剂量范围内具有抑制作用。
The result of Ames test showed that the Sacred Treasured Wine of Scorpion(STWS) had no mutagenic activities on TA97a, TA98, TA100 and TA102 at the maximal concentration of 5000μg/plate by standard plate incorporation procedure with or without S9 mixture. STWS did not show significant effect on frequencies of the micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes(MNPCEs) of the bone marrow in mice dosed with it up to 20g/kg BW. The frequencies of MNPCE in cyclophosphamide (CP, 50mg/kg), CP+STWS 4.5g/kg, CP+STWS 9.0g/kg and CP+STWS 18g/kg groups of mice were 48.3±10.6‰, 32.0±5.2‰(P<0.05),24.9±2.5‰(P<0.001) and 18.9±2.8‰ (P<0.001)respectively and the MNPCE inhibitory rates of corresponding dose groups were 33.7± 7.6%, 48.4±8.4% and 60.9±4.6%. STWS didn't fragmentize the chromosomes of mice bone marrow cell, neither did it lesion spindle at cencentration of 20g/kg BW. These results indicated that STWS had no significant mutagenic effects and had significant inhibitory effect on MNPCEs induced by CP.
