本文通过船舶及其航海技术在世界范围内的简略发展过程,揭示了船舶文化的特有魅力和这一古老运输工具的强大生命力.面向21世纪,随着电子计算机的广泛应用、船舶建造和航运的高度自动化,船舶技术将更趋高科技化,未来船舶必将成为横行于海洋深处和探索内宇宙的特种机器人.
A brief review on the development of ship and marine navigation worldwidely is presented in this paper. The unique unfailing charm of shipculture and the austained vitality of the ancient transport means are demonstrated. With the extensive employ-ment of computerization and automatization, the naval architecture and marine engineering will be hi-tech intensive discipline in the 21st Century. It is anticipated that the ships of the future will become manned robots capable to complete and designated mission across oceans and to explore into the inner Space.
