摘要
The genes or Human papillomavirus types i6(HPV16) E6,E7 in cervicai tissues were detected by Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR),and their antibodies in sera were inspected by Enzyme Linked Immuno-sorbent Assay. The results showed that the total positive rate of RPV16 E6, E7 DNA in cervical tissues was 71.8%,and the positive rates of E6,E7 DNA were 37.5% (12/32)and 65. 6%(21/32) respectively. The positive rates or sera antibodies to HPV16 E6 and E7 proteins were 68. 18% (30/44) and 65. 18%(25/44)respectively.The results also showed that the distribution of HPV16 E6, E7 DNA were not homogeneous.Four patterns existed: E6+, E7+,E6+E7+,E6-E7-,and no correlation between the detection of its DNAs and existence or antibodies. In the 24 patients whose E6 antibodies were positive, only 9 patients had E6 DNA,and with E7 it was the same. These findings suggest that there might be not only one pattern for the molecular mechenism of HPV.It may need further study to determine whether or not the sera antibodies of HPV16 E7 could become the specific marker of prediagnosis of cervical carcinoma specificlally.
