摘要
in order to study and practise the technique,procedure,anesthesia and the lung preservation for the pulmonary transplantation,six dogs were operated on with excising and reimplanting the left lung.All the cases but one that died from hypoxemia intraoperatively survived throughout the operation.The study shows that it is very important to maintain the perfect hemodynamics and the blood oxygen saturation besides the skillful procedure that can be finished well.And the postoperative intensive care of the animals is discussed.
