X光衍射法测定Ni－P非晶合金超细微粒的晶化偏析

Determination of the Segregation of Ni──P Liltrafine Amorphous Alloy Paraticlesby X──Ray diffraction

利用Ｘ光衍射法对经５００℃晶化处理后的不同组成的Ｎｉ—Ｐ非晶合金超细微粒进行相定量研究，结果发现在晶化后的Ｎｉ—Ｐ样品中存在着不同程度的Ｐ的表面偏析，并且随着样品中Ｐ含量的减少，Ｐ的偏析量增加。

The different compose of Ni-P ultrafine amorphous alloy particles that heat treated by 500℃ have been studied by using XRD. It is found that there are different segreg -atior degree of phosphor in crystallized Ni-P Samples and the segregation of phosphor increase as the degrease of phosphor in the samples.
