摘要
利用X光衍射法对经500℃晶化处理后的不同组成的Ni—P非晶合金超细微粒进行相定量研究,结果发现在晶化后的Ni—P样品中存在着不同程度的P的表面偏析,并且随着样品中P含量的减少,P的偏析量增加。
The different compose of Ni-P ultrafine amorphous alloy particles that heat treated by 500℃ have been studied by using XRD. It is found that there are different segreg -atior degree of phosphor in crystallized Ni-P Samples and the segregation of phosphor increase as the degrease of phosphor in the samples.
