摘要
本文对电位零点选择的任意性及其限制作了一般性的论述。指出它与物理模型的适用范围有关：在模型的适用范围之内可任意选择电位零点，但不能到模型的适用范围之外去选择电位零点。
In this paper arbitrariness of celection of zero potential and corresponding restrictions in the selection are discussed generally It is pointed out that the selection of zero potential is relatde to the range of application of a physical model i.e.the zero potential is arbitrary when it is in the range of application of a model but the zero can't be chosen outside of the range of application of a model
