本文对体育教学中的育人问题进行了分析，认为一些体育教师在教学生修心，因人而宜。因才施教，以身作则等方面还存在着不足，提出了改进的办法。

Summary This article has analysed the problems of imparting kmowlege and educating people during the teaching of physical training class,It has pointed out that some teacher of physical training have done little in such respects as teaching students to a ccommodate a peron and teaching them in a ccordance with their aptitude and setting an example and soon. It has also put forward a suggestion of solving these problems.
