电磁撞击器致颅脑创伤动物模型的建立

摘要 利用电磁吸附原理制成打击致伤装置,建立家兔颅脑创伤动物模型。电磁通电,衔起100g重砝码,从20cm高处断电释放,撞击安放在颅骨窗硬膜外的二次撞杆上,致局部脑挫裂伤。24h断头取脑,计算脑含水量,观察脑表面伊文氏兰染范围。结果为:致伤组伤侧半球脑含水量(%)为81.981±0.6818,比对测及对照组左、右半球(79.948±0.5971,79.583±0.4528,79.348±0.5161)明显增加(P<0.05),创伤周围兰染直径为11.50±1.68mm,对侧及对照组未见明显兰染,表明该模型稳定,重复性好,操作简单,人为影响因素少。 A brain inujry model of rabbit by electromagnetic stroke device has been made. When the device is turned on, it holds a weight of 100 g and then it is turned off, the weight falls down from a height of 20 cm to the bottom of a stroke pole whose head has been placed on the rabbit's dura mater through a calvarial window and focal brain injury is caused. After 24h, the rabbit is killed, its brain is taken out and Even's blue invasive diameter on the brain surface is measured. The results showde that the water contents in the injury hemisphere increased significantly ((81. 781 + 0. 6818)%), compared with that on the other hemisphere((79. 948 + 0. 5971)% ,p<0. 05) and both control hemispheres((79. 583+0. 4528)%) and ((79. 348+0. 5161)% , p<0. 05), respectively. Even's blue invasive diameter on the injury brain surface was 11. 50 + 1. 68mm. No obvious Even's blue invasion was abserved on the other hemisphere and both contral hemispheres. Therefore, it is indicated that the model is stable, reproductive well, simple and less influenced by operators.
