关于腰椎小关节滑膜嵌顿症命名的探讨

DISCUSSION ON NAMING OF SYNOVIAL INCARCERATION SYNDROME OF SMALL ARTICULATION AT LUMBAR VERTEBRAE

腰椎小关节滑膜嵌顿症是骨科常见病之一。目前,其病名纷繁混乱,有腰椎小关节综合征;腰椎小关节紊乱症;腰椎后关节错缝……等等,极不利于对本病的深入研究。本文根据其发病特点,对目前常见的各种命名的不合理性进行分析。提出“腰椎小关节滑膜嵌顿症”这一科学、合理的命名,认为该命名合乎本病的发病特点,能准确表达其内涵。

Synovial incarceration syndrome of small articulation at lumbar vertebrae is a common osteonosus. At present, it has serveal names, such as syndrome of small articulation at lumbar vertebrae, disturbance of small articulation at lumbar vertebrae, misposition of back joint at lumbr vertebrae , which is easy to induce misunderstanding and makes treatment and research for this illness difficult. Based on the illness's charateristics, it is named synovial incarceration syndrome of small articulation at lumbar vertebrae in this paper. The naming is thought more scientific and correct.
