摘要
目的:研究抗凋零基因bcl—2和bax基因与卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生及预后的关系。方法:通过免疫组化方法,用抗bcl—2及抗bax抗体检测76例卵巢上皮性肿瘤(良性27例,交界性24例,恶性25例)中bcl—2和bax基因的表达产物。结果:bcl—2和bax在良性、交界性及恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性检出率分别为7.4%(2/27)、16.7%(4/24)、36.0%(9/25)和22.2%(6/27)、45.8%(11/24)、56.0%(14/25)。在良性与恶性肿瘤(Ⅲ级)间存在显著差异(P<0.05),肿瘤组织中的<bax较bcl—2表达率高(P<0.00),且bax在恶性肿瘤组Ⅰ与Ⅲ级间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:抗凋零基因bcl—2及bax基因过度表达可能与卵巢上应性肿瘤发生有关,而且推测bax基因不仅参与细胞凋零的调控,可能与肿瘤分化及预后有关。
To investigate relationship between development and prognosis of ovarian epithelial tumors and bcl -2 and bax genes, it was tested the expression of both genes in 76 cases with ovarian epithelial tumors and 12 cases with normal ovaries with immunohistochemical staining with bcl - 2,124 monoclonal antibody and bax (N -20) polyclonal antibody. The results showed that no expression of both genes appeared in the normal ovaries, but the positive rates of the expression of both genes in the benign, borderline and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors were 7. 4%, 16. 7% , 36. 0% and 22.2%, 45. 8% ,56. 0% ,respectively. The histological classtification was related to overexperssion of bax gene. It was indicted that the development and differntiation of ovarian epithelial tumors were associated with overexpression of the products of both genes.
