配电网电压质量实时监测系统

A REAL-TIME MONITOR SYSTEM FOR THE VOLTAGE QUALITY OF DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS

本监测系统软件能根据变电站１０ｋＶ母线电压，高低压配电线路电压损耗以及参考变压器与监测线路配电变压器的电压损耗和它们的分头差有机结合在一起，建立一个平行四边形图形，运行人员可通过屏幕显示的图形来调整母线电压或变压器分接头位置来使配电网所有用户能满足电压质量要求。

n this monitor system.the voltage of 10 kV busbars in a substation,the voltagedrops of .HV/LV distribution lines, the voltage drops and the tap settings of the referencetransformer and distribution transformers on the monitored distribution lines are considered. Based on them, a parallelogram can be determined. In order to maintain the voltagequality, operation workers can adjust the tap settings of transformers and the voltages ofbusbars according to the parallelogram displayed.
