摘要
建立并验证了电阻炉广义受控对象的数学模型。针对电阻炉模型参数具有随炉温而变化的时变特性,同时考虑到电阻炉温控系统在受到干扰时,仍具有良好的动态特性和较高的控制精度,提出了用组合自校正控制与分区积分控制相结合的变结构控制方法进行电阻炉炉温控制。实际运行证明:该方法具有较高的稳态精度和跟踪特性,且超调量小,抗干扰能力强。
The mathematical model of the extentive controlled object of the resistanceheated furnace is developed and verified. In view of the varied time-varying characteristicsof the model parameters as temperature varying, the good dynamic performance and highcontrol accuracy under external disturbances, a method of variable structure control for thetemperature controlling based on the combined self-tuning control and the volume intergralcontrol is proposed. Operation has shown that this method has a good steady accuracy, agood tracking performance, a small over adjustment, and a fine anti-interference.
