摘要
光电耦合器件是一种光电结合的新型电子器件，有很好的抗干扰性能。在介绍几种光电耦合器件的性能和工作原理的基础上，对光电耦合器件应用在脉冲电路和线性电路中的电路设计作了探讨，提出了设计方法。最后介绍了几种用光电耦合器件构成的典型电路。
Photoelectric couplers based on the photoelectric effect are novel and better interference free electronic devices. This paper gives the principles and the characteristics ofthe photoelectric couplers a brief introduction. The designs for the impulse and linear circuits using the photoelectric couplers are studied. Some typical circuits using these devicesare given for reference.
