摘要
在工程建设项目施工阶段，施工质量的控制包括三个方面，即承包商的质量控制、政府监督机构的质量控制和社会监理单位的质量控制。现分析了三者的关系，并且给出了各方在工程建设项目质量控制方面的相互关系和工作流程。
There are three aspects related to the quality control in the constrution of an engineering project: government supervision, social control and contractor. This paper analyzes the relationship among them and presents the working procedure.
