F-P腔光学双稳器件的参数优化和性能改进

摘要 讨论了光学双稳态现象以及光学双稳开关器件的工作原理,报道了以ZnS或Znse作为工作介质的干涉滤光片型光学双稳开关器件,讨论了该类器件的主要性能及设计参数间的关系,进而提出了如何实现双稳开关器件的优化参数设计,制备出性能优异的滤光片型光学双稳器件,并报道了用增加F-P腔间隔层厚的方法,大大提高了器件的工作稳定性。 the optical bistability (OB) phenomena and the principle of the optical bistableswitching devices are breifly discussed. A special optical bistable device by using the interference filter with ZnS or ZnSe specers is introduced. The relation between the main specifitions and the parameters design of the device was discussed. The optimzation parametersdesign of the device and the making of it were proposed. The fact that by increasing thethickness of the F-P spacer, the device has a excellent operation stability was introduced.
