摘要
应用均相酶免疫法,对6名健康志愿者多剂量po奥米拉唑前后氨茶碱的药动学进行了研究.结果:奥米拉唑对氨茶碱的消除速率常数(K)、分布容积(Vd/F)、达峰时间(Tpk)、峰浓度(Cpk)均未见明显影响(P>0.05).
The theophylline pharmacokinetics was studied by homogeneous enzyme-im-munoassay in 6 healthy subjects after oral administration of aminophylline with and without concomitant omeprazole. The results indicated that there was no effect of omeprazole on K, Vd/F, Tpk and Cpk of theophylline (P>0. 05).
