摘要
20例老年高血压患者用西拉普利治疗,3例加用蚓哒帕胺,收缩压和舒张压均降低,显效14例,占70%.西拉普利降低血压时不引起心率的加快,治疗期间也未观察到不良反应.本药每日只需服药一次,对长期治疗患者更为方便.
20 elderly hypertensive patients were treated with cilazapril, among them Inda-pamide was added in 3 unresponsive cases. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of pa-tients receiving cilazapril showed reduction compared with baseline values. The markedly effective response displayed in 14 (70%) patients. There were no obvious effects on heart rates during blood pressure reduction. No significant side effects were observed. Since cilazapril may be administered only once daily, it proves to be markedly effective and more convenient to the patients of long term therapy.
