摘要
利用紫外分光光度法测定兔血中的诺氟沙星浓度,对诺氟沙星与钙盐合用后的相互作用进行了研究.结果,钙盐可显著影响诺氟沙星的体内血药浓度及生物利用度.为临床合理用药提供了参考.
Norfloxacin is usually administered by oral with calcium salt in clinic. The effect of calcium gluconate on the pharmacokinetics of norfloxacin was studied. Seven normal rabbits received oral norfloxacin solution or suspension with and without calcium gluconate in a randomized crossover design separated by 7 days. The concentration of norfloxacin in serum was determinted by UV spectrophotometry. With concomitant administration of calcium gluconate, the mean maximum concentrations (Cmax) of norfloxacin was signeficantly reduced by 34.1%. Similarly, the area under the concentration-time curve of norfloxacin was significantly reuced by 49. 95%. We conclude that calcium contained preparation should not be administered concurrently.
