摘要
本文对２６例急性胰腺炎患者及３０例正常人进行了血液流变学检测。结果试验组血液流变学八项指标明显高于正常对照组。经统计学处理两组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），说明急性胰腺炎存在高血凝状态。另外，出血坏死型全血比粘度低切值及红细胞压积较急性水肿型升高明显。
In this article detection about blood rehology changes was made in 26 patients with acute pancreatitis and 30 persons of normal controls. Result showed that every index in experimented group increased obviously in comparison with that of normal controls(P < 0. 05). It is confirmed that blood of acute pancreatitis presents high coagulation and increase of blood viscosity, and hematocrit in necrosis type is more obvious than in edema type.
