通脉冲剂对兔实验性高粘滞血症的血液流变性影响

HOMORHEOLOGY STUDY ON BLOOD-STASIS SYNDROME MODEL WITH TONGMAI GRANULE

通脉冲剂是根据中医治则理论研制而成的中药复方制剂，临床用于治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎。本实验以血液流变学为指标，经动物实验研究证实，通脉冲剂具有降低动物血液粘度，改善红细胞变形能力，抑制红细胞和血小板的聚集，延长血栓弹力图的反应时间和凝固时间，降低体外模拟血栓形成的指数。提示其治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎与改善血液流变性指标有密切关系，具有活血化瘀的功效。

Tongmai Grannle is a composition of Traditional Chinese herbs with basic theory of TCM. Its clinical application is for the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans. The present study observed hemorheologic change in animal and clinical,and the experimental results showed that Tongmai grannle can inhibit platelet adherence and aggregation,decrease whole blood viscosity on low shear,prolong reacting tmie and coagulating time of thrombolastrogram,and improve erythroicl detormability. So the mechanism for Tongmai Grancle in treating thromboangiitis obliterans is to prvent thrombus injury caused by homorrheologic.
