心肌顿抑红细胞变形性变化

摘要 本文观察兔冠脉左室支阻断前、阻断15min末,再灌注30min红细胞变形性、红细胞 SOD活力、红细胞 MDA浓度变化.结果表明再灌注 30min红细胞MDA明显升高,红细胞SOD、红细胞变形指数明显降低.红细胞MDA与红细胞SOD、红细胞变形指数均呈显著负相关.再灌注早期红细胞变形性降低与氧化损伤有关.作者认为红细胞变形性降低可能参与心肌顿抑早期发生机制. In the present study, Twenty Japanese white rabbits (both sexes, 2. 5±0. 5kg) were used to be studed on the changes of erythrocyte deformability,the activities of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the levels of erythrocyte malonyldialdehyde (MDA) when the superficial branches of the left coronary artery of the rabbits were reperfused for 30 minutes after occlusion 15 minutes. We used the ektacutometry methods to measure the erythrocyte deformability indices(DI). The results were as follow. No significant differences in levels of erythrocyte MDA 、the activities of erythrocyte SOD and DI were observed before and during ischemic phase. However, DI and the activities of erythrocyte SOD were significantly decreased while the levels of erythorcyte MDA were significantly increased after 30minutes of reperfusion. In addition, the levels of erythrocyte MDA in myocardial stunning groups inversely correlated with the activities of erythrocyte SOD and DI. We proposed that the reduction of erythrocyte deformability may be related to the oxidative injury and played a pathogenetic role in early phase of myocardial stunning.
