摘要
探讨了 RET测定中的四项影响因素,发现三种电泳介质(0.9%蔗糖、0.145molNaCl、自身血浆),六种离子浓度(0.145~0.170mol/LNaCl)和三种实验温度(25℃、37℃、43℃)的RET值差异非常显著(P<0.005),十种细胞浓度(1.0~10.0 × 10~9/L)的 RET值差异不显著(P>0.500~0.750).
Four factors affecting the results of RET have been observed. With 3 different electrophoresis media(those were 0. 9% cane sugar solution,0. 145mol/L sodium chloride and auto -plasma). 6 different ionic strengths of the salt bridge (concentrations ranging from 0. 145 -0. 170mol/L),and 3 experimental temperaturs(25℃ .37℃ ,43℃ ) . the differences in the RET were statistically significant(P < 0. 005). There were,however, no significant differences in RET results among 10 different cell concentrations (P > 0. 500 - 0.75).
