摘要
用数学物理方法对钢丝在高频螺线管中加热的全过程进行了描述。感应加热是在高频磁场中导体产生感应电流和导体内部的磁滞作用而引起导体自身发热而进行的加热过程。在研究集肤效应和邻近效应的基础上,求出综合效应和电流分布,再求出温度分布的数理方程。最后给出了该偏微分方程的数值解法及其计算程序。此结果适应于圆柱形导体在感应线圈中加热的情况。
The entire process of heating steel wires in the induction coil with high frequency is discribed by using the mathematical physic method. The paper gives the partial differential equation of the temperature distribution and its numerical algorithm, and its computer programs. This conclusion is suitable for heating cylinder conductions in the induction coil.
