摘要
模块施工法是搬运学、建造学的结合,是80年代后期,伴随海上油气田大规模开发应运而生的一种新型施工方法,尤其适合于施工环境恶劣、风险大、建造质量要求高的工程环境。有效的运用模块施工法,除了要有周密的工程衔接、运行等优化设计之外,还得对工程的实际细节及施工条件做具体的分析、分类。本文以“滩海钢筋混凝土试采平台建造工程”为例,将模块施工法的运做作了详细介绍,并结合这一工程实际,提出了模块施工法将在滩海建设上具有广阔前景的结论。
Originated from the integrated concepts of transportation and marine architecture modular method comes into use in the end of 1980's as a result of prosperous development of offshore petroleum resources which is especially suitable for the use in the operating environment with se yere conditions,high risks and stringent quality requirements for construction. An effective application of this method can be implemented by analysesing the operational details and condition,as well as the thoroughly optimized design for operational assignments and sequences. The article presents a detail description about the modular construction method,as practice example in a field project 'offshore steel bar enforced concrete platform for early production'. At last writer predicts a significant future usage of the method.
