利用船舶报的资料分析海区波(风)况的方法探讨

Wind and wave climate's analytic method by observation report of ship of opportunity

探讨了如何利用过往指定海区船舶的不定期、不连续的波浪与风的船舶报观测记录,在满足统计学对采样资料要有代表性与连续性要求的条件下,分析海区波况与风况的方法。同时还以海南省南部海域的资料为例,给出分析结果,表明该法行之有效。

In this paper the analytic method of the wind and wave climate in the sea area using the uncontinuous observational data of ship of opportunity satisfying the continuative and representative condition in statistics are discussed.
