This paper discussed the request to the hydrologic and weather when operating oil exploration at offshore such as rig towing, pile inserting and pile drawing. Meanwhile it is necessary to consider the economic efficiency of hydrologic meteorology at oil exploration and how to improve the weather forecast efficacy.
