十全大补口服液对癌症患者放疗时免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shiquan Dabu(Ten Powerful Tonics)Oral Liquid on Immunologic Function of Carcinomatosis Patients under Radio Therapy

将古方十全大补汤十味药用醇提、水煎、醇沉工艺制成１：１的十全大补口服液，应用于放疗癌症患者，观察患者免疫功能的变化。临床治疗发现，一个疗程后用药组病人Ｔ细胞亚群ＯＫＴ＿３有非常显著提高Ｐ＜０．０１、ＯＫＴ＿４、ＯＫＴ＿４／ＯＫＴ＿８比值有显著提高Ｐ＜０．０５，红细胞免疫功能明显增强，（ＲＢＣ－Ｃ＿（３６）比用药前显著升高Ｐ＜０．０５，ＲＢＣ－ＩＣ比用药前显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），两项对照组呈下降趋势；白细胞计数一个疗程后下降不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５），而对照组明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Shiquan Dabu(ten powerful tonics)oral liquid according to the old prescription of ten sorts of traditional Chinese medicine by the productive procedure of alcoholy extraction,being decocted in water,and alcohol precipitation with l: l rate,applied to the carainomatosis patients under radio therapy, for the obseration of the changes of pationts'immunologic function. The clinical results showed that OKT3 of sub T cell of the pationts had been increased P<0.0l markedly in the group under drugs after one course of treatment.The rate of OKT_4/OKT_8 had grown P<0.05.The immunologic function of RBC had been enhanced obviously(RBC-C36 rised P<0.05 more than that before treatment, RBC-Ic had reduced P<0.05 less than that before treatment;The matched control group of two items showed the descent trend. white cell count reduced unmarkedly P>0.05 after a course of treatment,but the matched control group markedly reduced P<0.05.
