螺纹钉－光固化复合树脂修复前牙牙体缺损的疗效观察

Clinical Observations of Light Cured Composite Resin to Repair the Lesions of Anterior Teeth with the Help of Spiral-Shafted Pin

采用自攻自断螺纹钉修复前牙牙体缺损，在临床上经１～４年观察，结果表明采用螺纹钉结合光固化复合树脂修复成功率高于直接用光固化复合树脂修复，远期效果好，修复适应症广，可以明显地增强固位形和抗力形。

We had used light cured composite resin to repair the lesions of anterior teeth with the help of self-cured spiral shaft pin for four years.We found that the succesive rate of this method was higher than that repaired only by the light cured composite resin. The new method could strengthen retention form and resistance form of teeth remarkably with good long-term result.It also indicated for repairing a great number of teeth diseases.
