桂林市555例母乳喂养失败原因分析

Analysis of the Causes of Failure of Breast Feeding for 555 Cases in Guilin City

为了解我市、郊区母乳喂养失败的原因，更好地开展母乳喂养指导和宣传，提高我市的母乳喂养率。我们于１９９３年３月～５月在全市７所综合医院儿保门诊、郊区保健站和市妇幼保健院对１９９２年５月１日～１９９３年４月３０日出生的０～１岁婴儿健康体检的同时对其母亲问卷调查。结果提示：混合喂养的主要原因是奶量不足和工作因素；人工喂养的主要原因是母或子患病、工作因素和奶量不足。

In order to find the causes of failure of breast feeding, the health examination was conducted for the infants of 0-1year born in l may l992-30 April l993, and made questionnaire survey for their mothers in the outpatient department of child health care of seven general hospitals, suburban health stations and Guilin Maternity and Infant Health Institute. The results showed that the main causes mixed feeding were in sufficient breast milk and job factors;the main causes of artificial were the mothers or infants suffering from diseases, job factors and insufficient breast milk.
