人胃癌MKN_(45)株培养液中胃泌素测定的意义

本文采用放免分析法测定体外培养的人胃癌细胞株MKN_(45)培养液中胃泌素的含量,发现其培养液中含有胃泌素,癌细胞不断增殖时,胃泌素值随之升高,且两者之间呈正相关(r=0.998,P<0.05)。结果提示MKN_(45)株具有自分泌胃泌素的功能。

It was indicated that MKN45 could produce gastrin.
