Norplant—Ⅱ型皮下埋植避孕130例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 130 Cases of WomenUsed Norplant-Ⅱ Subdermal Implant for Contraception

本文通过对130例Norplant—Ⅱ型皮下埋植接受者2年的随访观察,发现其总有效率为96.92％,是一种安全、高效、简便的新型避孕方法。其主要副作用是月经问题,无其它严重并发症。33.08％的接受者有不同程度的月经紊乱,尤其经期延长、淋漓不断,占总月经紊乱的55.81％,也是终止的主要原因。本文有4例终止者,其中有3例是由于上述原因所致。

We observed 130 cases of women who contracept useing Norplant-Ⅱ subdermal implant for two years- The results showed that the total effective rate was 96. 92%. It was a safe、simple 、high 、effect ive、new contraception menthod. Its main side effect was abnormal menstruation. There was not any serious complication. There were 33. 08% of all women suffering from menstrual disorder,especially menstrual period heing prolong,which was 55. 81% of aforementioed cases. The main cause of stopping useing this method was menstrual disorder. There were 4 cases were stopped useing this me thod for contraception in our ohservation period,3 of all were due to menstrual disorder.
