生殖道溶脲脲原体感染和不育关系的研究

Study on the Infertility and the Urogenital Infection by Ureaplasma Urealyticum

本文报道了不孕、自然流产和不良产史夫妇及正常生育妇女的溶脲脲原体或解脲支原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum,Uu)感染情况,男性病人组Uu总检出率为23.8％(45/189),女性病人组Uu总检出率为34.0％(53/156),正常生育妇女组Uu检出率为11.4％(20/176),女性各组间有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)

Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) is a common pathogen in the human urogenital tract. This study reported the infection situation caused by Uu in health women and in the couples who are infertility,spontaneous abortion,or have ever had a congenital malformation baby or various uuhealthy deliveries. The positive rate in the male patients,in famale patients and in health women is 23. 8% (45/189), 34. 0% (53/1 56) , 11. 4% (20/176), respectively. A-mong the female groups the difference is very significant. (P<0.01)
