74例新生儿死亡原因分析

Analy sis on Death Causes in Seventy Neonate

本文对10年间74例新生儿的死亡原因做了分析,结果表明,见新生儿窒息与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)吸入性肺炎、呼吸窘迫综合症(RDS)是死亡的主要原因;其中有12例做了尸体解剖,病理诊断与临床诊断基本相符,主要病理改变是渗出、变性和坏死;作者提出通过儿科与产科密切配合来降低新生儿死亡率的几项措施。

From 1985 - 1994,74 death neonates were studied. The results showed that asphyxiated neonates,hypoxic ishemic encephalopathy ,inhalation pneumonia (HIE)and neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome(NARDS)were the main death causes. Autopsy in 12 cases was done. There were effusion,degenerescence and cellular necrosis. Pathologic diagnosis was correspondence with clinical diagnosis. The auther suggests several measures that obstetrical department should co-operate with department of pediatrics for decreased death rates in newborns.
