鼻内窥镜手术定位标志的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Located Landmarks under Nasal Endo- scopic Surgery

通过80例功能性鼻窦手术及214例鼻内窥镜诊断性检查,对鼻腔数个较常用的手术解剖标志反复进行了测试和临床观察,发现其中7个标志最具实用价值,是保证手术顺利进行,避免发生严重手术并发症的可靠定位标志。

In this study a result was applied by operated and examined under nasal endo-scope. We consider that it is dependable. The middle turbinat, ethmoid bulla, agger nasi, meatus of maxillary sinus,lamina of lacrmal and orbilalis,nasospinate ,and arches of posterior naris are properly 1 andmarks to avoid Serious operated complication.
