摘要
1280例直肠癌根治手术中,合并骶前盆壁大出血30例(2.2％)。正确掌握盆腔脏器的解剖特点是预防术中大出血的关键,针对骶前静脉丛,骶椎静脉,盆壁血管,前列腺或阴道后壁大出血的不同情况,采取纱布压迫,图钉按压,结扎髂内动脉,缝扎止血等方法均可取得良好的效果。
