摘要
采用—80℃深低温冷冻同种异体骨植骨治疗骨缺损32例。四肢良性肿瘤17例,四肢恶性肿瘤3例,椎体恶性肿瘤6例,创伤性骨缺损6例,异体骨加自体骨移植18例,单纯异体骨14例,大块异体骨移植14例。将异体骨髓腔刮净,骨皮质多处钻孔,骨髓腔内填塞自体骨,异体骨与宿主骨用钢板丝钉固定,移植最大异体骨16cm。本组除1例感染失败,1例异体骨与宿主骨皮质端不愈合外,其余30例切口Ⅰ期愈合,无排斥反应,X线片见移植骨与宿主骨平均4~6个月愈合良好。
Thirty-two Patients with bone defects were treated by homogeneous allograft bone with deeply refrigeneous-preserved 17 benign tumors of extremities, 2 maligmant tumors of extremities,6 traumatic bone defect,6 fecoustruction of vertebral body,1 recoustruc-tion calcaneous 18 allograft bone and autogeneous bone, 14 only allograft bone, 14 massiv ho mogeneos bone were used. The corex of massiv allograft was drilled with lot bores and the bone marrow was replced by autogenous bone.The transplant bone was fixed in the host bone with steel plates. The wound healed well and there was no allograft rejection,X-ray examination showed that the transplanted bones were well,fustad with host bones and the homogeneous allograft bones with deeply refriger-ated-preserved is most desirable graft material for repair of bone defects.
