女性尿道综合征与慢性妇科炎症关系的临床观察

Clinical Observation On the Relationship of Female IJrethral Syndrome and Chronic Gynaecology Inflammation

对37例女性尿道综合征患者进行妇科查体发现,患慢性妇科炎症的有16例,占43.2％;对照组3例,其妇科炎症发病率仅为12.0％(P<0.01),说明女性尿道综合征,特别是对已婚妇女,常常合并妇科炎症,从而指导该病的治疗。

In the physical examination of 37 patients suffering female urethral syndrome there are 16 cases of chronic gynaecology inflammation which is 43. 2%. It is obviously larger than that in the reference gronp of 25 cases without urethral sympton,of which 3 patients have gymaecology inflammation which is only 12%(P<0. 01). It shows that female urethral syndrome, especially of married women, of ten come together with gynaecology inflammation Therefore,the phenomenon serves as a guide in treatment.
