儿童白内障摘除联合前段玻璃体切割的疗效观察

An observation on the effects of cataract extraction with anterio vitrectomy in child

报告儿童白内障42只眼,行现代囊外摘除联合前段玻璃体切割术,其中3岁以上儿童34只眼,均同期成功地囊袋内植入了后房型人工晶体,随访3个月～1年,结果表明,除1只眼术后玻璃体前表面有部分纤维膜形成外,其余全部保持后囊中央切开区透明,术中及术后未发现严重并发症,对手术操作的方法和注意事项进行了讨论。

The 3 months to 1 year follow up result demonstrated that all the central area of incised post erior capsular maintained transparent except one eye partialy formed fibrous membrane on the anterior surface of vitreous, and there is no severe complication was fund during and after operation. The reformed surgeical procedure and its , points for attention is also discussed.
