综述了精细化工生产过程中采用低盐，无污染或低污染氧化剂氧化，非均相催化，电化学合成，研制开发代用品，溶剂回收利用，副产物综合利用等能被环境接受的新工艺和新方法．

The new process and methods in fine chemicals were summarized.These process and methods such as lower inorganic salts,oxidation reactions with zero-waste or lower waste oxidants,heterogeneous catalysts,electrochemical synthesis,developing new products as a replaceent,solvent recovery and reusing,and reusing of by products were environmentally adcceptable.
