改革勘测程序改变地质工作的滞后局面

IMPROVEMENT OF SURVEYING PROCEDURE FOR CHANGINGRETARDING SITUATION OF GEOLOGIC WORKS

指出铁路地质工作的滞后被动局面及其造成的原因。并针对地质工作的被动局面，提出改革勘测程序、对初测地质工作内容和深度进行必要改革、以及加强地质综合勘探工作等措施，以改变地质工作滞后的被动局面。

The paper points out the passive retarding situation of the railway geologic worksand its creating reasons.Being aimed at passive situation of the geologic works,in order tochange this passive retarding situation, several measures are suggested in this paper, such as im-proving the surveying procedure, proceeding necessary reformation to the contents and depth ofthe geologic works in the preliminary surveying,and strengthening the geologic syntheticalprospecting works, etc.
