摘要
本文研讨了我国西部地区的路网规划问题，提出了有关原则和方法，并提出了具体的规划的意见。
The paper discusses the problems concerned with the planning of railway networks inthe west regions of our country.The corresponding principles and methods and the suggestionsof the practical plannings are proposed.
