摘要
综合考虑影响地价的各种因素,结合目前土地价格评估中的各种理论方法,建立了描述土地价格变化的数学模型,并应用于宁波经济技术开发区新矸区域的地价评估工作中,取得较好的结果.
new mathematical model for discribing the change of the district price wasconstrccted by considering the factors on which the district price depend sand combining withseveral theories and mcthods for land estimation,and it was applied in valuating average district price of Xingqi, Ningbo economic and technical development zone.
