各国的经济发展说明，不同的经济发展时期，第三产业的作用与地位有所不同。台湾从一个农业社会和第三产业过早膨胀的产业结构发展到目前第三产业占主导地位的经济结构，这与台湾在经济发展过程中，能针对国际市场的变化，及时调整经济结构和第三产业的内部结构无不相关。其中的一些措施和方法值得我们研究和学习。
