珲春边境经济合作区环境影响评价浅议

A Preliminary Appraisal on the Environment Effect of Hunchun Border Economic Cooperative Zone

The present paper has generally introduced the superior geographical environment of Hunchun Border Economic cooperative Zone located on Tumen River Delta and the grand developing plan proposed by United Nation Development Programme. The investors both at home and abroad, not only paid a great deal of attention to Hunchun Economic cooperative Zone. But also have tahen practical actions of development. In order to harmonize the relation between the development and the environment, it is necessary to appraise the environment brought about by development. Aiming at the problem that single construction programme's effect on the environment had been respectiuely appraised in the cooperative Zone, a point of uiew, that on appraisal on area environment effect should be made before the apprais al on the environment effect exerted by single programme, has been proposed. The purpose contents and the probbems might be encountered in development has been also discussed.
